I build the solution. I come from project and process management and have experienced firsthand what it's like to spend Friday afternoons copying Excel spreadsheets instead of making decisions. Today I build the systems that make this obsolete – from the PLC on the machine to the dashboard for the plant manager. I harvest data where it originates and turn it into decision templates – for the production manager as well as for the board. And I stay until it works in daily operations.
